Historia de la Ideas Jurídicas


Entre las tantas curiosidades de la biblioteca sobre la materia, y vaya que son muchísimas en Porrúa, encontré éste libro que por mucho puede ser de utilidad para el que se inicia en el estudio de lo jurídico.


"Historia de la ideas Jurídicas (de la antigüedad clásica a la modernidad)" presenta una síntesis al respecto de los paradigmas filosóficos, sociales y éticos que determinaron el desarrollo de las ideas sobre derecho en diversas sociedades. La antigua Roma, alta edad media y la conquista de América se presentan como parteaguas de las distintas corrientes.


Éste texto pretende la transdisciplinariedad en las áreas de la filosofía, sociología e historia las cuales también son las disciplinas pilares de toda ciencia que se de a respetar. Antonio Carlos Wolkmer, conocido investigador brasileño partidario del pluralísmo jurídico y la emancipación de los pueblos latinoaméricanos, mediante ésta publicación nos invita a adentrarnos en el mundo del desarrollo de los principios generales de derecho, coyuntura de la legalidad y la legitimidad en las sociedades.
